This is a fully rendered external insulation system combining high quality materials to create a fully warranted system suitable for new builds or renovations.
Available in a huge range of attractive colours, ProRend EIFS improves the thermal efficiency of any building, reducing heat loss while transforming the look of the exterior and creating exceptional protection from the elements.
With a choice of EPS or Mineral Wool insulation the system can be be customised to suit your needs.
The SAS technical team will provide you with a U Value and dew point circulation.
Approved Document L1B states that any newly constructed thermal elements or thermal elements constructed as replacements for existing elements should achieve a U-value 0.28 W/ (mx2.K).

U Value
U Values are the measure of the amount of heat conducted through a material per m2 at a given temperature. The lower the U value, the less heat will be lost through the walls.
Dew Point
A dew point is the temperature at which air becomes saturated, below this point moisture is deposited as condensation.
Adding external wall insulation can bring the condensation point to the outside of the wall mitigating damp issues such as mould and creating a healthy living environment.
